Eliana Paschalides is one of the managing partners based in the Athens office. Eliana’s specialism is estate planning, commercial property projects, foreign investment in Greece, mergers and acquisitions and commercial law matters. She also has extensive experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
Eliana has been listed as a Recommended Lawyer in ‘Legal 500’ Europe, Middle East & Africa 2014, Corporate and M&A, Dispute resolution. She is the author of the relevant chapter on Greece Chapter in Security Measures Procedure, published by LLOYD'S PRESS, 1988 and International Recognition and Enforcement of Money Judgments, edited by G. S. Paley, published by BUSINESS LAWS INC, 1994.
Eliana has been with the firm since 1986 after gaining valuable experience working for many years at a major Athens law firm specialized in shipping law. She obtained her law degree from the Law School of the University of Athens and holds a master’s degree from Queen Mary College, London.
Eliana has been a member of the Athens Bar since 1979. She is fluent in Greek, English and French.
