Athina Zoulou is a partner based in the Athens office. Athina advises shipping companies, banks and financial institutions on a variety of corporate shipping and finance matters including sale and purchase of ships, shipbuilding contracts, shipping finance, joint ventures, shareholders’ disputes, acquisition of companies.
Athina has been a member of the Piraeus Bar since 1984. She obtained her law degree from the Law School of the University of Thessaloniki. Athina is fluent in Greek and English.
