Alexandra Mitsokali has a wide ranging practice specializing in corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, takeovers and corporate reorganizations, shareholders’ disputes, commercial law and contracts, civil law, commercial disputes and international arbitration, real estate, UCITS cross-border registration and compliance and employment law.
Prior to joining the firm in 2005, Alexandra had the opportunity to gain valuable experience training at the Commercial Bank of Greece, the Greek National Commission for Human Rights and the Office of the Greek Ombudsman as well as a major law firm based in Athens.
Alexandra is a co-author of the Greek Chapter of the European Lawyer “International Commercial Property Reference Book” for 2010, of ‘Getting the Deal Through - Anti-Corruption Regulation – Greece’ in the Global Competition Review for 2008 and 2010 and of the “Shopping Centre Development - The Planning and Building Permit Process across Europe” published in 2012 by the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Education
Alexandra has been a member of the Athens Bar since 2005. She obtained her law degree and a master’s degree in Commercial Law (LLM) from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She also received a Diploma on Public International Law from the Hague Academy of International Law.
