Andreas Giannitsis advises corporate clients on a wide range of commercial, corporate, civil, labour and regulatory law matters. He has also dealt with various mergers, acquisitions and spin-offs of companies operating in the pharmaceutical, ground-handling, banking, hyper-market and other sectors. Andreas also has significant litigation experience in civil, commercial, labour and administrative law cases.

He joined the firm in 2002.

Andreas has been a member of the Athens Bar since 2002. He graduated first in his class from the Law School of the University of Thessaloniki and also obtained a LL.M. in Commercial/Corporate law, Competition Law from the University of Cambridge.
