Aris Velentzas specializes in litigation and dispute resolution with particular emphasis on civil, commercial and labour law disputes as well as enforcement proceedings and judicial and extrajudicial settlements. He has also extensive experience advising international as well as domestic individuals and legal entities on real estate transactions and commercial leases. Aris’ practice area also regularly includes advisory services to foreign and domestic clients on matters relating to bankruptcy and insolvency law as well as inheritance and family law.

Aris joined the firm as a trainee in 2003 whilst completing his law degree and has been working as an associate since 2008.

Aris has been a member of the Athens Bar since 2008.  He obtained his law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Athens. Aris also holds a master’s degree in Financial and Tax Law (LL.M.) from the Faculty of Law of Ruhr-Universität Bochum, Germany.
