Maria Moschopoulou handles litigation and dispute resolution work with an emphasis on shipping, commercial and civil law disputes. She also regularly advises local and international clients on matters of corporate law including formation of companies and follow up services. Maria’s areas of practice also comprise of drafting and negotiating various types of contracts and relevant documentation related to shipping and commercial law transactions and conducting extensive due diligence in shipping and real estate matters.

Maria joined the firm in 2010 and has been a member of the Athens Bar since 2013. She obtained her law degree as well as a postgraduate degree in Commercial Law both from the Faculty of Law of the University Pierre Mendes France in Grenoble, France. She also holds a master’s degree from the Faculty of Law of the City University of London in Maritime Law (LL.M.).
