Milto Papangelis is a partner based in the Piraeus office. Milto has vast experience on a variety of shipping matters and dispute resolution. He acts for clients ranging from first class international banks, foreign law firms’ clients, insurance companies, P&I Clubs to shipowners, brokers and major bunker traders/suppliers. Milto’s expertise is shipping law includes sale and purchase, finance, insurance, salvage, charterparties, corporate disputes, debt collection, arrests of ships worldwide and related litigation.

Milto has been with the firm since 1989 after gaining valuable experience at a well known shipping law firm in Piraeus and training for three years at a London firm of solicitors specialized in shipping law. He has been a member of the Piraeus Bar since 1986.

Milto has obtained his law degree from the Law School of the University of Athens and has attended master’s lectures at the University College, London.
