Ómiros (Omero) Zelios is an experienced attorney with demonstrated expertise in Employment, Tax and Commercial law, acting for clients in both contentious and non-contentious matters, with a strong record in civil and criminal litigation. He spends time between Athens and Rome, and acts as our firm’s liaison for our Italian clients.

As part of his practice, Ómiros is well-versed in the complex and ever-changing field of employment matters, industrial relations and corporate governance. He also provides corporate, tax, insolvency, regulatory, health & safety, diversity & equality, privacy & data protection, IP, consumer liability, as well as internal investigations advice.

Prior to joining the firm, Ómiros was a partner of a boutique law firm specializing in employment, commercial and tax law, after having gained some experience in a Big Four legal department.

Ómiros has been a member of the Athens Bar since 2010. He obtained his law degree (LL.B.) from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, and a master’s degree in Labor Law (LL.M.) from the same university, as well as a master’s degree in Corporate and International Taxation (MA) from Bocconi University in Milan.
