Rosemary Rontiri joined in the firm in 1991 after working in other prestigious law firms in Athens and is one of the partners based in Athens.
Rosemary specialises in marine, civil and commercial litigation and has vast experience in representing institutional clients including banks and financial institutions such as HSBC Bank Plc, EFG Eurobank Ergasias S.A., Marfin Egnatia Bank S.A and Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation) in debt collection involving enforcement proceedings against Greek assets. She also has extensive experience in banking and financial services, loan workouts, white collar crimes, shareholders' disputes and bankruptcy law.
Rosemary is the author of THE THROUGH BILL OF LADING UNDER ENGLISH LAW, UCL (1989 – 1990) and has contributed work to the LAW REVIEW (1995-2000) in the categories regarding transportation (sea, rail, road and air).
Education
Rosemary has been a member of the Athens Bar since 1985. She obtained her law degree from the Law School of the University of Athens and a master’s degree from University College, London (LL.M.).
