Vassilis Constantes is a partner based in Athens and advises mainly investment funds and foreign and domestic private companies. His specializations include real estate property investment, including traditional asset acquisitions as well as international tender offers, construction and commercial development, merger and acquisition transactions, commercial and civil contracts, including franchise and hotel management, commercial and civil litigation and data protection law.

Vassilis has been a speaker at various events and co-author of chapters on Greek legislation in several international publications.

Vassilis has been a member of the Athens Bar since 1993. He obtained his law degree from the Law School of the University of Thessaloniki and a Master of Science in Shipping, Trade and Finance from City University Business School in London. Vassilis also has a degree in International Studies and Political Science from the Panteion University in Athens.
