Public Procurement

Overview

Public procurement sector is a highly regulated economic activity demanding specific and complex substantive and procedural rights and obligations for both the awarding authorities and the interested economic operators.

Such rights and obligations are relevant not only for “traditional” procurements but also, among others, for concession and privatization procedures, while they apply not only prior to but also after the award or conclusion of the relevant contract.

Having a deep understanding of EU and domestic public procurement law, we have assisted international and domestic clients as well as public bodies and state owned entities on a wide range of issues related to public, utilities and defence procurement as well as to privatization procedures and we are in a position to provide high-end services in respect of any relevant issue.
